In this presentation Fiamma Montezemolo and Rene' Peralta re-visit a multiplicity of border practices through the lens of de Andrade classic Cannibal Manifesto. For more than10 years Tijuana has been the object of both their individual and collective inquiries, and overlapping, in particular, around its amazing and unstoppable capacity to cannibalize its Others and pretenders.

Big City Forum advocates direct engagement, appearing in person, speaking truth, taking risks–no matter how large or small. Past, present, future. It’s the doing that matters.
